Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.candicemay.com.au. By placing an order on this website you are thereby accepting these terms and conditions.
Product Satisfaction
Candice May would like every customer to be delighted with their new shoes. Should you have difficulty with your shoes fitting correctly or have any concerns regarding the order process then please contact us so we can discuss and resolve the issue.
Ordering footwear online can be tricky the first time around. Candice May offers complimentary exchanges for incorrect fitting shoes, so there will be no out of pocket postage expenses for you to bear.
Materials
Candice May uses quality materials for all footwear. As leather is a natural product imperfections can arise and this is considered normal. Colours may display slightly differently on some computer screens, we have replicated the shoes to the best of our ability. Again, if you have questions or concerns about the colour, texture or any part of the shoe, please contact us to discuss.
Postage within Australia
Postage will be charged at a flat rate of $15.00 per order regardless of the number of shoes purchased. Parcels will be sent via Australia Post or courier and tracked at all times. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of receiving the order online. Average delivery time is 2-5 working days for delivery within Australia. Dispatching and delivery occur Mon-Fri and exclude public holidays.
Where possible please use a business address for delivery or an address where someone will be available to sign for delivery. Your parcel will be safer this way and you will avoid having to run down to the post office to pick it up.
Should there be any delay or concern with postage to your area we will contact you to discuss. Incorrect delivery address may incur an additional postage fee.
International Postage
Please email your suggested order to info@candicemay.com.au with your full postal address and we will provide a postage quote for you. Please be aware that we take no responsibility for any import duties or fees your country may charge.
Pricing
All prices on this website are in Australian dollars and inclusive of 10% GST. Prices are listed on this website in good faith, should we find an error in pricing has occurred we will act on this as soon as possible. We reserve the right to withdraw from any transaction where such an error has occurred.
Order Process
Once an order has been placed and payment has been verified you will receive an email indicating that we have received your order and payment. You will receive a subsequent email once your order has been finalised and dispatched. The goods remain the property of Candice May until paid for and become the customer’s property and responsibility once dispatched. By placing an order online you are therefore consenting to these terms and conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to exchange or refund any shoes that are in their original condition within 7 days after the delivery date with proof of purchase. Shoes must show no signs of wear and be returned with all components (straps and innersoles) together in their original packaging. Please email prior to returning on info@candicemay.com.au so we can anticipate delivery, confirm address details and procedure. Postage will not be charged for exchanging shoes however we cannot absorb the postage cost where a refund is requested. Refunds will be made within two weeks of the returned product.
No refunds are available on Sale items.
Warranty
We stand by our manufacturer’s warranty that is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Wherever possible faulty shoes will be repaired or a replacement pair will be offered. If a replacement pair is not available then a refund will be given. Warranty does not extend to general wear and tear or inappropriate use of the shoes.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Online orders are processed as soon as received using eWay. Eway is a secure payment option, encrypting data from customers using Ingrain Devices providing the highest level of security available.
If your order cannot be filled for any reason, a full refund will be given. If fraud is suspected in any transaction and we cannot verify the billing details we reserve the right to refuse your order.
Privacy
Be assured that your personal details will at no time be sold or handed over to any third party other than the postal service requiring your address and the bank confirming your payment details. Candice May respects your privacy and at no time will act to exploit this information.
